I'm a very simple photographer and so is the processor on my laptop. Because of the extremely low light, I pumped up the brightness as far as I could, then defined and sharpened as much as I could. That brought up the little sparkly things in the image and I loved that.
Thank you, Sharron. Yeah, the shape of the frog and details are quite obscured, but it's there. We hadn't seen it for a couple of weeks, so thought it had either been eaten or had hopped off to another neighborhood. Some of those lizards are territorial, but it hopped into view last night before disappearing into the yarrow. It commutes from a grassy part of the yard to this one for some reason, almost like clockwork if we're watching for it.
