Thanks, Sue, for transporting me to a part of the country I dearly love. I miss the days when the Walti Ranch hot pond was open to the public. University of Nevada lawyers shut that down due to liability concerns. Anyway, I can smell that air from here.

If people really knew how the vast landscape and fresh air of the Great Basin can lift your psyche out of its malaise, the place would be inundated like Moab.

This was so interesting to me, Sue. I watched it three times. Loved the wildflowers, wild horses, yard bathtub, rough old cabins, good-looking cowboys. A part of the world I will never get to see. The furthest out I have been in Nevada is Lovelock and Winnemucca. Thank you for taking me there.

Glad you enjoyed this little road trip. I'll see what else I can dig up on the photos to make another one. I have a limited selection of music and slideshow styles (mainly because I'm too cheap to buy music), but we'll see what the future brings. Thank you for your remarks. We do have cute cowboys here.

When we moved from Idaho to Maryland for a few years, we didn’t see the horizon for months, until we finally visited central Virginia.
