True, cattle dogs are excitable and loyal usually to one person. I know one Blue Heeler who developed a faux pregnancy because of her adoration for her owner. Border collies, while considered the most intelligent dogs on the planet (and the bar is low), they're still wackos. One cowboy I know calls his Borderline.
